As you can probably guess from the title this website is about cooking. I am a high school student who loves to cook and plans on going to culinary school. I decided on a career as a chef earlier this year. However, my love for cooking has always been apparent. I love to cook, try new recipes and of course creating my own. The purpose of this website is to show all the other aspiring chefs out there what their options are. I wanted to know what was available and this is what I discovered...

I discovered that there were only two schools locally (I live in Cincinnati) that offered culinary programs. There is the Art Institute of Cincinnati and then there's the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State. Both schools offer associate degree programs. However, at Cincinnati State you can choose from earning a certificate or a degree. This isn't the only option or choice to make. That's right! You can not only become a chef but, a pastry chef!
